Lease Procedures Require Fees to be Placed into an Escrow Account

Up Front Fees are required to be placed into an Escrow Account.

  • No Partial or Deferred Payments
  • No Lender Promissory Note Payments
  • No Joint Ventures or Equity Participation

Cash Only; No Other Collateral, Bonds, or Security Accepted

Issuance Fees are not released from escrow until after the confirmed establishment, delivery, and acceptance of the service.

  • These Lease Procedures also apply when SWIFT delivery confirmation is required for proof of funds accounts

 

  1. Go to the Balboa Trade Contact Page and click on “Bank Instrument Contact Form”, fill in, and Submit
  2. Within 48 hours a representative will contact you by phone or email to discuss your inquiry, services available, and fees
  3. Receive an Application (Download Application Here) and return with business articles, picture identification, and evidence of Facilitation Fee
  4. Execute the Facilitation Agreement  with the Service Provider detailing the following procedures, which MUST be followed verbatim to issue and deliver successfully by SWIFT the bank instrument from the Issuing Bank:
    1. Client’s executes Escrow Agreement and wires Lease Fee to Escrow coordinates confirming that they are ready to proceed per the stated term.
    2. Upon receipt of the executed Escrow Agreement and escrow deposit confirmation by Service Provider’s Escrow; Issuing Bank will send to the Client’s Receiving Bank an MT799 or RWA letter confirming that they are ready, willing, and able to proceed with issuing the MT760 bank instrument;
    3. Client’s Bank will reply by email with Issuing Bank confirming that they are ready to proceed and confirm their SWIFT Coordinates;
    4. Issuing Bank will transmit the SWIFT MT760 bank instrument, per the approved “Sample Verbiage” submitted by the Client to Service Provider;
    5. Upon successful transmission, confirmation of receipt, and acceptance of the SWIFT MT760 by the Client’s Bank  and immediately thereafter; Escrow will release the contracted payment to the Service Provider.

  2. Within 48 hours a representative will contact you by phone or email to discuss your inquiry, services available, and fees
  3. Receive an application (Download Application Here) and return with business articles, picture identification, and proof of facilitation fee
  4. Within 48 hours the Facilitation Agreement and Escrow Agreement is delivered for review and signatures
  5. Return Agreements and fund escrow
  6. Within 3-5 business days the Proof of Funds cash account is set up
  7. Client’s receiving party has 24 hours to review the account with associated documentation and speak with the account representative for confirmation of the same
  8. If a delivery of a proof of funds letter is issued by courier, fax, or SWIFT MT799 to a beneficiary party the receiving party shall confirm and accept receipt of document within 24 hours of receipt
  9. Escrow releases escrow beginning the 30 or 60 day term of service (or longer) as agreed
